📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily financial administration, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
- Work closely with Mandarin-speaking team members to facilitate smooth financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with partners and clients in China using Mandarin
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administration or a similar role
- Fluent Mandarin skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
