📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.,Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.,Participate in daily food preparation and cooking tasks.,Help with food presentation and plating to meet customer expectations.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Support the team in achieving daily production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
