📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work with production teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
• Participate in production meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
