• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and mocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Work closely with the culinary team to create signature drinks that complement our dishes.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with high-quality spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Uphold the bar's reputation for excellence and innovation by continuously improving drink recipes and service standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to create and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails with high attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
