📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the company at various events and functions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate branch performance, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
