  • Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for all staff.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Representing the clinic at professional events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
