📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery.
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean and organized cash register.
• Promoting our menu items and specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints professionally.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
