📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including driver training and scheduling.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including vehicle inspections, driver licensing, and safety certifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Conduct regular fleet audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
