📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production and operations, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
