As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.
