PT BSMT Travel Goods is a leading travel goods company in Jakarta Utara, known for its innovative approach to sourcing and distributing travel essentials. We are looking for a dynamic HR – Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and help us build a strong talent pipeline. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source qualified candidates, and contribute to our company's growth by attracting top talent to our organization.
As an HR – Talent Acquisition at PT BSMT Travel Goods, you will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will use various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to source and attract candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills and fit for the role, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
- Certification in talent acquisition or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
