📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.,Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and provide insights to the management team.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).,Creative thinker with a passion for visual and written content creation.
