📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
