📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
