- Develop and implement cutting-edge knowledge frameworks to drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and knowledge sharing.

- Design and maintain knowledge management systems using Confluence and SharePoint.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals to build a skilled innovation workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in knowledge management and innovation.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing knowledge frameworks.
- Certification in knowledge management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
