📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
