NEXA Mandiri is seeking a Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency,Lead and mentor the logistics team,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Provide regular reports on logistics performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and teams,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs,Valid driver's license and good driving record
