PT Antar Sri is seeking a Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on technical documentation needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Proven track record of creating high-quality technical documentation,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
