📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage budgets for training and development activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
