Star Place Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure.,Develop and implement training programs for operational staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with operational management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
