Easy Bit Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the company's expansion efforts by assisting with HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
