📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Inspect products for quality control and address any issues that arise.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Train and mentor junior staff members to improve overall performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Experience with production scheduling and inventory management software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
