PT Bintang Teratai is looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.,Present products and services to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.,Submit regular sales reports and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
