📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients.,Present Majoo's technology solutions to MSMEs, highlighting the benefits and addressing their specific needs.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their concerns and helping them maximize the value of Majoo's solutions.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions.,Set and achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.,Strong understanding of MSMEs and their unique challenges and needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
