As a Senior Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions including sales, refunds, and deposits.,Ensure accurate and efficient service by processing transactions quickly and accurately.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient cash is available for daily operations.,Handle cashier duties such as opening and closing the cash register, reconciling deposits, and handling cash drawer counts.,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in cash handling or customer service are a plus.
