As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading a team of chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Must have a valid food handler's license.
