PT Damar Restu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Sales professional to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the market in which we operate.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
