As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and efficient reception experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to visitors and clients.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle any reception-related emergencies or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and client information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to hospitality and reception services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

🛠️ Keahlian

English language proficiency (both written and spoken).Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.Experience with reception and front desk software.Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and reception services.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional and courteous demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
