📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the collection of various revenue sources, including taxes, fees, and fines.,Develop and implement efficient collection strategies and systems to maximize revenue recovery.,Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate collection of revenue.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to revenue collection.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in revenue collection activities.,Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and performance metrics to senior management.,Collaborate with the Finance & Administration team to develop and implement budgetary plans and financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue collection or a related field.,Strong knowledge of government finance and administration principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of local language is a plus.
