📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage budgets and expenses, and ensure that the store is operating profitably.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations is essential.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is desirable.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
