Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that our applications run smoothly. You’ll work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence, to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 technical support for our clients' applications, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Work with Jira and ServiceNow to manage and track incidents and requests.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all incidents and resolutions in Confluence.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure high availability and performance of our clients' applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and principles.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
